Job Title : HOME CARE NURSE - WALK IN INTERVIEW (MONDAY-SATURDAY FROM 12:00 NOON TO 04:00PM)

Description : Plan and provide high quality nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with Nursing Standards as set forth in the Nursing Department’s Clinical Practices Manual.

Monitor
vital signs of the patient with appropriate documentation in patient monitoring
booklet.
Ensure
proper hygiene of the patient.
Sponge
bath, back care, hair care, eye care, mouth care, ear care, nail care, perineal
care, catheter care, RBS monitoring, ryle's tube feeding, dressing,
tracheostomy care, suctioning etc. as per patient requirement.
Keep the
patient's surroundings neat and clean.
Administer
medicine to the patient as per discharge summary.
To clean
the patient as and when required.
Change
side regularly for bed-ridden patient to prevent bedsore development on pressure
points and document it properly.
To do patient's
head to toe assessment.
Assist
the patient while doing active/passive exercises.
Assist
the patient in oral feeding, walking and postioning.
Mobilize
the patient (if allowed).
Make patient/
attendant aware about the diet to be followed according to the diagnosis.
Inform
the patient's attendant for arranging medicines and other consumables in advance.
To do patient pain assessment as per patient requirement.
