The patient as well as his relatives found the hospital facilities and the staff excellent, especially the ICCU staff. The whole nursing staff was very cooperative, had good bed side manners and took care of the patient like their own family member. The dietary services were very good, serving fresh food which is always served hot and according to the need of the patient. The team of doctors and staff has been very proficient with the medical management of the patient. Overall patient care by the hospital staff has been exceptionally well.

I Amanpreet singh S/O Manjeet singh From Jammu and Kashmir district poonch. On june 19 2023 I feel sore health issue than I visit to Dmc Ludhiana Punjab where I admit to dmc emergency after a checkup DMC emergency refer me to ECHO section after echo done by Dr. Rohit Tandon he has seen my Echo report is not good.Sir call to Dr. Bishav Mohan sir cardiology and tell about my heart condition. In my Echo report my E- fraction is around 3-6%.Its near about death. Then they admitted me immediately to Hero heart emergency. Sir,Dr. Bishav mohan visited there and look at me and my various report & also echo report he has loss hope to save my life but sir Bishav mohan has tried hard till last of my breath. He called all his team over there and started first aid to save my life because I am young patient over there near about 29 years old. Sir give his best and also with the blessing almighty god sir save my life and my heart is slowly starting working. And after 1 years 3 months my heart functioning around 44% from 3-6% to 44% it’s a miracle which is heard only but when it happen to me I believe that’s ’god is there in the face of doctor Bishav Mohan Sir and its team’ I and my family are very thankful to sir who have given me a new life. Thank you sir Dr Bishav Mohan you are a god for me.

From critical to miraculous recovery- Asha Rani’s inspiring story
I Krishan Lal, husband of Mrs. Asha Rani, S/O Jai Ram, resident of Village Rahimpur, Jalandhar, wish to state that my wife, Asha Rani, was admitted to Hero DMC Hospital on 6/2/2025 in a very serious condition. Her condition was so critical that there was little hope for her survival.
After conducting an ECHO test, the doctors informed us that her heart function was severely impaired, and ECMO support was immediately required. ECMO support was initiated on 6th February 2025. The doctors and staff made every effort to save her life with utmost care and dedication.
My wife's condition gradually improved with the help of ECMO support, and the doctors and staff worked tirelessly to save her life. Their relentless efforts and commitment, combined with the grace of God, led to a noticeable improvement in her condition from 18/2/2025 onwards.
On 15/3/2025, my wife was successfully removed from ECMO support, and her condition is now stable. She is recovering quickly with the help of medication. The doctors and staff continue to monitor her day and night with great attention and care.
I am especially thankful to Dr. Vivek Gupta, who guided us at every step and supported us throughout this difficult time. His expertise and compassionate approach gave us strength and hope. I am deeply satisfied with the dedication and hard work of the entire staff. They have shown immense professionalism and care in their work.
The doctors and staff spared no effort in saving my wife’s life. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the nursing staff, including Pooja, Simarjeet Kaur, Ramanpreet, Jaswinder Kaur, Jaspreet Kaur, Lakhwinder Kaur, Kuldeep, and others, who took care of my wife like family members. Their warmth and dedication made a huge difference in her recovery. My heartfelt thanks also go to the GDA and HM staff—Rahul, Hari, and Sukhpreet—for their support and assistance during this challenging time.
I have witnessed the exceptional dedication of the entire team at Hero DMC Hospital. Their unwavering support and commitment gave us strength and courage when we needed it most. I am thankful to all the doctors, nursing staff, and the entire hospital team. I will forever remain grateful for their role in saving my wife’s life. The whole staff members are very dedicated to their work.
