Meet 17-year-old patient from Uttar Pradesh. He was facing a
life-threatening heart disease, but today, he's healthy, smiling, and full of
gratitude. His incredible recovery followed a balloon mitral valvuloplasty
procedure at Hero DMC Hospital, Ludhiana, as part of our corporate social
responsibility (CSR) initiative.
Before finding hope, He sought treatment at several
hospitals and physicians but struggled to move forward due to treatment
expenses. It wasn’t until he learned about the Heart Camp organized by HDHI
on 8th February 2025 at the Rural Health Centre in Pohir that his path to
recovery began.
The doctors advised him to start treatment immediately, but
he was hesitant due to financial concerns. Our dedicated team of doctors
reassured him and adopted him as a CSR patient, making sure he received the
care he needed without any financial burden.
On February 17th, he was admitted to our Hospital for treatment, where he received exceptional care from our dedicated medical professionals. After a successful recovery, he was discharged on February 20th. His recovery journey was truly remarkable, and he left the hospital deeply grateful to the entire hospital team and the managing society for their unwavering support.
This story is a testament to the power of community support,
compassion, and corporate responsibility. Our Hospital is proud to be
part of a mission that changes lives, one patient at a time.
