Heart Check-up Camp At Rural Health Center Pohir on 8th February 2025

Under the supervision of Dr. Bishav Mohan, Chief Cardiologist HDHI, A Free Heart Checkup Camp was successfully organized by Hero DMC Heart Institute at Rural Health Center, Pohir, as part of their outreach program on 8th February 2025.

 Dr. Bishav Mohan examined over 200+ patients, supported by a dedicated team of medical professionals:

-Dr. Surinder Pal Singh (Associate Professor, Community Medicine)

-Dr. Abhishek Garg (DM Resident, Cardiology)

-Dr. Mahesh Satija (Professor, Community Medicine)

-Dr. Pranjal (Assistant Professor, Community Medicine)

 Some patients were found to be hypertensive and were provided with special tips and precautions to manage their condition effectively. In addition, CPR training was also offered to equip individuals with critical care skills.

Key services provided during the camp:

-BP & Sugar Monitoring, ECG (Electrocardiogram), Echo-cardiogram

 Additionally, free medicines were distributed to ensure the continued well-being of the patients.

The goal of this initiative was to raise awareness among the rural public about potential health issues, empowering them to take early action and receive timely treatment.
